Spooktacular Refund Raffle

Terms & Conditions

• Promo period: October 27 – 31, 2025 (until 11:59 PM).
• Every purchase of $400 or more (in one transaction) automatically qualifies for the raffle.
• Only valid orders successfully placed and paid within the promo period will count.
• One raffle entry per qualifying transaction.
• Once the cauldron fills with at least 10 participants, we’ll draw one lucky winner who’ll get their $400 refunded.
• Refund covers a maximum of $400 from the qualifying order; shipping and import fees are excluded.
• The winner will also receive one (1) free item of their choice from the store. The winner must pay for shipping and import fees if applicable.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after winner confirmation.
• The raffle draw will be held within 5 days after the promo period ends, and the winner will be notified via email.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
• The store reserves the right to verify order validity and disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries.
• The store reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the promotion and its mechanics at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, customers agree to the raffle terms and promotional use of their name (first name and initial only) for winner announcements.
