The first time, the sleeve is a little underwhelming. But the second time, it was absolute heaven. I guess this is one of those "break her in" types of deals.
It is louder than I would like, but that can be easily solbed with a comforter over the actual machine. Sleeve is easy to clean, although a bit fragile. Machine itself is easy to clean, just be careful.

This is my first motorized toy. And when I first used it, I just let it do the work. I found it very disappointing. The high setting was getting me somewhere, but it wasn't what I expected.
Then I changed up my strategy, and started to move it up and down while I used it. That's when it became amazing. Using it while moving it up and down also creates a unique, "randomness" to the motion, and really compounds the toy's movement. It feels amazing. In fact, it is so powerful in this manner, I only use it on it's lowest setting.
I should deduct one star for the horrible ergonomics. Holding it while moving it just is a pain. It is BIG. I can hold it with one hand, but it's not comfortable. I might put some grip tape on it to help.
Clean up is easy, and after you do it once, it becomes second nature. It is obvious that they put A LOT of thought in to this design. The toy feels well built, the motor is more than enough for me. It is loud. If noise is a concern, you might have an issue using this.
