Pros:
The size and weight makes it easy to use over long periods of time.
The open ended design makes cleaning a breeze. It is also small enough to fit comfortably under the sink to wash out.
The mouth and onahole tunnels are soft and stimulating. Though, I prefer the onahole side.
Cons:
Because of its open ended nature, the onahole tends to get very messy when using it. Also, it has no suction or pressure due to the open ended design.
The smaller form factor might have you popping out on the other end (I do when fully penetrating).
