Was pretty intrigued on the design and its definitely a new approach. Being a onahip/onahole hybrid of sorts the smaller size wasn't too much of a hassle and can stay in position depending on orientation (usually missionary). Interesting canal texture for both holes as well. Definitely meets this site's quality

This onahip is a real workhorse! It arrived on 04/2023 and its 09/2023 and it still works without any issues! ive purchased over 20+ Onahips and torsos over the years directly from Amazon Japan that have costs $200-$600 and they never lasted more than 6 months because either they lose stimulation, the skin will tear/break, it will develop leaks in the skeletal structure where water leaks into the inside of the toy, etc. The Nurse's Special treatment however has been pretty awesome! and its still going strong at an affordable price.
